Cycling Llys-Y-Fran, Haverfordwest
For off road cycling Llys-Y-Fran is a large country park just outside Haverfordwest. The ride is based around the reservoir and its dam in the park. The complete ride is aimed at off road cyclists with a reasonable degree of ability and experience. However the first part of the ride approx 1.5 miles is fairly straight forward and would give beginners and families the opportunity to enjoy some leisure cycling. Start at the visitors centre. Note bike hire is available from the visitors centre and there is a small charge (£1) for a cycle permit.
