Watersports near Betws y Coed

The Fairy Glen trail near Betws y Coed, North Wales is for the more experienced as it requires skilled canoeists to tackle these white waters. You will start out at the access from the river off the back road that runs from Penmachno to the A470. There is a small car park below Conwy Falls with space for 3-4 cars, opposite here a path runs down through the woods to the bottom of the falls. You will be faced with challenges from the Sticky hole, Monkey Drop, Henry Moore, Cave Drop, Speeder-Biker and the End of the world!

The Fairy Glen when the water is high is a real test but one of the best white waters of the British Isles. Remember to run as a small group and keep close together and you will have a fantastic, breath taking experience.
