Excellent cottage warm and welcoming. Convenient for all area of North Pembs coast. The back allowed for a relaxing breakfast and morning and everyone had a sense of relief arriving back at the cottage after the days out. Diolch o galon.

I would definitely recommend this cottage. My daughter and her children thought it had the 'waw' factor or should I say X factor.

Bwthyn Clyd is a luxury holiday cottage located in the centre of the city of St Davids. This is however a city centre location unlike any other. Across the road from the cottage is the famous 12th century Cathedral and ruined Bishops Palace. It was reported that two pilgrimages to St Davids equalled one to Rome, and three pilgrimages equalled one to Jerusalem. These days St Davids has many restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops.
Pembrokeshire is a county of outstanding and unparalleled natural beauty. A largely rural area, the county retains a relaxed way of life and offers something to suit everyone’s tastes. Pembrokeshire Coast National Park was Wales’ first national park and exists to protect the county’s unspoilt coastline. The south of the county boasts white sand beaches and sweeping sand dunes while dramatic sea cliffs and scenic bays make up the county’s northern coasts.
Pembrokeshire is a walkers’ paradise. The coast path, which is always kept in pristine condition by the national park, provides hundreds of miles of walking opportunity. Whether you’re after a gentle stroll along Whitesands Beach, or a week-long hike it’s right on your doorstep, and a watering hole to quench your thirst is never far away. The blue-flagged Whitesands Bay is a popular family beach because of its safe swimming and clean white sand. It is also regarded as one of Wales’ top surf-spots and attracts surfers from all over Britain. Look a little harder and discover some of the many other secluded beaches and harbours that punctuate the coastline. The “Puffin Shuttle” bus route runs through St Davids and that allows transport to delightful villages such as Porthgain, a picturesque harbour village home to the flagship pub “The Sloop Inn” and the award-winning fish restaurant “The Shed”.
Animal lovers and adrenaline junkies alike will enjoy the various boat trips which go around Ramsey Island, just off the St Davids coast. The island is an RSPB sanctuary home to as stunning array of sea birds and there are also seals and porpoise to be seen. There is also canoeing, windsurfing, kite surfing, sea and freshwater fishing, golf and horse riding all within a few miles
