Horse Riding in Newtown, Mid Wales

The Mill Pony Trekking Centre near Newtown, Mid Wales offers a safe and friendly atmosphere that will ensure even the youngest or most nervous can enjoy a trek on one of the horses or ponies. The animals have been especially chosen for their quiet and gentle natures.

The treks head to the hills with views over valleys and lakes. You can chose from a one hour ride up to a whole day (4 hrs), where we can take a packed lunch and sit on top of the hills taking in the wonderful views. An experienced guide accompanies all treks, and instructions on how to ride and control your horse will be given. Riding hats to B.H.S. standard must be worn and will be provided.

Whether you've never ridden before or are more experienced, you will be made very welcome, and if you wish to combine Off Road Karting experience with the Pony Trekking, then a thoroughly enjoyable day out is guaranteed.

The Centre is open from Easter to October with prices from £15. Book early to avoid disappointment.
