Recently refurbished to a high standard, this spacious Beaumaris self catering house is ideal for a family get together with its large lounge and kitchen/diner.
The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances: electric oven and hob, fridge with icebox, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a breakfast area with an elegant table and chairs with enough seating for nine guests. Freeview TV.
The comfortable, spacious lounge has a bay window with stunning views over the town of Beaumaris. There is more than enough space for you to lounge on 4 cosy settees in front of a gas fire and another freeview TV.
Also located on the first floor is a double bedroom and separate bathroom equipped with shower over bath and toilet.
Second Floor
On the second floor there is a twin bedroom, a double bedroom (with views of the sea, pier and Welsh countryside mountains), a family bedroom (a double and a single bed), and a shower room with toilet and wash basin.
Garden
A sheltered walled (enclosed) garden is located at the ground floor of the property and can be accessed through stairs from the patio door in the kitchen. Here you will find patio furniture sufficient for a party of 9 people situated on raised, slated decking.
