Reviews

This was a lovely and peaceful place to stay, we felt so relaxed the whole time we was there. The views from the lodge are truly breathtaking and even caught a few glimpses of two beautiful red kites in the area. Cant wait to have another break away here again.

Mr W,

We have just spent a totally chilled out week at the lodge. Having no Internet or phone was no problem at all when needed we found it. Loved the wildlife around us and was totally in awe at the sky at night, no light pollution so the stars were amazing. We are looking forward to returning. Loved meeting Glynn thank you for an amazing week

Mr L,

Stunning location, property and super hosts

Ms Joanne H,

Amazing location Brilliant owners Our second visit and we will be booking again

Mrs Andrea S,

This is the third time that we have stayed at this location and it is perfect for a bit of downtime and no mobile phone signal, so it is a perfect bit of relaxation. lovely property with fantastic secluded views. Everything that you possibly need is there waiting for you and a lovely little touch is that there were welshcakes, biscuits, tea and coffee there waiting for you. Great communication. will definately be visiting again.

Mrs Sheena P,

Just a fantastic place, isolation we wanted, isolation we got. The hosts couldn't nicer, nothing to much trouble, the wildlife right outside the huge window was better than TV. Hot tub under the stars, in the snow, the rain, the wind was the icing on the cake. Will definitely be returning.

Mr Ian W,

Very happy with the holiday

Mrs Donna V,

Lovely cottage, lovely area, nice and secluded, everything we needed there for a relaxing break. Glynn checked on us after a heavy snowfall to make sure we had all we needed and were comfortable. Couldn't ask for more. Strongly recommended.

Mrs Lisa O,

Cottage exactly as described. Well maintained and immaculate. Fabulous setting well off the beaten track. Perfect to get away from it all. Hot tub and views from lounge stunning

Ms Merle D,

If you’re looking for a getaway this is the place to go! So secluded and private. The hot tub was amazing! It was just what we all needed before a hectic time ahead of us. Will definitely be visiting again!
