Reviews

I found this property to be quite perfect in so many ways which made our stay even more enjoyable. The property was secluded but with an outside terrace and good road links. Inside it had underfloor heating, a hot and powerful shower, a comfortable bed, a wardrobe with plenty of hangers, a kitchen with all the home comforts you would need - a freezer, toaster, microwave etc.. A dining table and chairs, decent internet! The place was very clean and tidy, so much so I thought it had just been refurbished and on top of all that the hosts were lovely and very helpful. We have stayed in many places and this has to be one of the best.

Mr B,

Nice location, clean and very quiet

Mr D,

It is our second stay at this lovely little cottage. It is very quiet and very private. Although it looks remote it actually has great access to one of the main roads and is in a position where you can easily discover all of Mid and North Wales. We can't wait to go back again!

Mr R,

We had a lovely weeks holiday in beudy clygo beautiful location and fabulous views the owners of the cottage were very welcoming would highly recommend a holiday there

Mr H,

Beudy Clygo is a very comfortable and cosy property and is in a good location to visit some popular places. It sits on its own so it’s private and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Ms M,

Absolutely enjoyed our long weekend at the cottage! The hosts were amazing and we would thoroughly recommend their cottage. The folder in the property containing essential information as well as wonderful walks was much appreciated. Thanks for have made this a truly memorable stay for us!

Mrs P,

The cottage was very good, had everything you need in the cottage We have a great time to also was great to meet the owner too

Mr E,

Stayed for a week in June in this fabulous converted hay barn. Beautifully appointed with all the city comforts you'd expect, but executed with a rural twist. Perfect location for exploring the area, especially those on the hunt for military aircraft doing their training in the Mach Loop. In fact the best display of F35's, F15's and a Hercules were best viewed from outside the barn itself! Take a drive up to Barmouth for good food and great sea swimming, or venture up into the hills by car or by foot to soak up the incredible scenery. Nearest small town of Machynlleth has all the essentials you need with a couple of small supermarkets, takeaways and cafes to explore. And for those who need it, there is reasonable mobile data coverage in the area and acceptable Wi-Fi at the accommodation itself!

Dave H,

This property was just what I was looking for, it’s in a quiet location with great views, you are not far from any places of interest. Would thoroughly recommend staying here

Mr R,

Lovely property in an excellent location. Secluded, but easy access to all the attractions in the area. Nice welcome pack on arrival. Very friendly owner, always available by text if any problem. Very comfy bed! We were lucky with weather, 2 weeks of sunshine so wonderful to sit outside a lot enjoying the views and listening to bird sounds. Flypasts by various jets some days also a treat. Great holiday property and will definitely be checking for availability for our next holiday.

Mr B,

It was a very serene place to be. I felt at ease and the nearest town is a short drive only. Although it is far to drive to snowdonia, it was still a scenic drive and we enjoyed it very much. The double bed is comfortable and the the whole cottage is clean.

Previous Customer,

Lovely setting, very clean and well equipped. Friendly, helpful hosts. Ideal base to explore the area.

Mrs D,

We were very satisfied with all elements of the booking.
