The property was very clean and homely. Very spacious and surrounded by lovely countryside.
Recommends: Visit all the places in the surrounding the area. The electric mountain was good.

A cosy house for a get together.
Recommendations: The fish and chip shop in machynlleth - deservedly a winner. Centre for Alternative Technology - interesting and a nice cafe and shop.

The property surpassed all our expectations. It was very homely and we were sad to leave. The nature reserve up the road from the property provides a lovely (if a little windy) walk. If you're looking further afield then Mount Snowdon is a must. We were lucky to have a clear day and the Llanberis path was a pleasant walk for all ages of the family. For those who want some action Coed y Brenin is awesome for mountain biking and for those who want a more leisurely pace their walks are beautiful. Machynlleth provides the amenities needed. The market on Wednesday is always worth a look and The White Lion pub provides proper pub grub at a reasonable price.

Peaceful and comfortable. There's loads to do - plan to do a few things well but make time to relax. Worth doing research before hand - we found some lovely walks on NRW website.

It was great. Location was spectacular. Cottage was homely and clean. Kids loved their room. We had great weather which helps! The beach at Ynyslas is lovely - miles of golden Sands. New Quay was a lovely seaside town to visit. Food at Black Lion in Derwenlas was excellent as was the Riverside at Pennal.
