Surrounded by nature, walks and bike trails, with watersports and beaches also within 20 minutes.
Ground Floor
This carefully renovated Welsh holiday cottage has a wealth of its original character retained. All the original oak beams are in place as well as the original bread oven in the inglenook with its open cosy fire. Family lounge with Sky TV, DVD and Video Player, Radio and CD Player.
The all electric kitchen is well equipped with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer as well as the usual range of cutlery and crockery.
Downstairs bathroom with shower over the bath and a washer/drier in the utility.
Upstairs
There are 3 spacious bedrooms, one double, one twin and one with full-size bunks all tastefully furnished. There is also an upstairs cloakroom.

Hendre holiday cottage, Machynlleth is part of an organic farm and is ideally situated to provide you with some amazing views over the Dyfi Valley countryside. You can enjoy a wealth of wildlife from the luxury of your own garden, see the Red Kite soaring above, the birds nesting and take some lovely walks right from your doorstep.
Near the golden sandy beaches of Aberdyfi, Ynys Las and Borth, the glorious mountains of Snowdonia as well as many local attractions such as the Centre for Alternative Technology, King Arthur's Labyrinth, historical castles and RSPB Nature Reserve at Ynys Las. There are a range of golf courses, walks and cycle paths including the world renowned mountain biking centre in Coed y Brenin near Dolgellau.
Walking
Glyndwr's Way is a long distance footpath in Mid Wales that was granted National Trail status in the year 2000. Maps and guides can be obtained at the Tourist Information Centre in Machynlleth. 5 miles.
Dyfi Valley Way follows the River Dyfi from the estuary in Aberdyfi to the source at the summit of Aran Fawddwy and back down along the south side of the river via Machynlleth and down to Borth. Maps and guides can be obtained at the Tourist Information Centre in Machynlleth. 5 miles.
The Mawddach Trail - Suitable for all ages – walkers, cyclists and wheelchair users. 22 miles
