A great, central base to explore Mid Wales and beyond, with the A470 (the main route that connects North and South Wales) being just over a mile away. However, with your own coffee machine, two woodburners, tranquility and breath-taking views all around, you might just choose to sit back, relax and do absolutely nothing.

Good people, great property and stunning views. Sue and Edward were happy to help with anything. Nothing was too much trouble. Well done on such a professional, but welcoming cottage. A credit to you both. Such a lovely stay and sunshine too.

Stunning idyllic cottage. We booked this as a last minute Easter break and couldn't believe our luck.
We arrived to a wonderful family, who even let our girls feed the lambs! That made such special memories.Inside the cottage we were welcomed with fresh flowers and an Easter egg/ card, hot cross buns! These were such lovely touches.
The cottage exceeded our needs, everything we looked for was here!
To run across to Aberdovey! We will definitely be back and will recommend to friends at home! Thank you Edward, Sue & girls, it was delightful

What a gem! A true rural idyll. We have loved every minute during our week long stay at the cottage. Foel Fach is without a doubt the best holiday cottage we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect. It has everything you need and more. Thank you so much for the bread, cake, flowers etc, on our arrival. We shall miss the views, the lambs and the peace and quiet. We do not want to go home! Thank you so much.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Foel Fach. It is a wonderful home from home, and Sue and Edward deserve the 5 star rating they were awarded.
We were wowed even before entering the cottage by the amazing views, which were ever changing with the differing weather last week. The cottage is gorgeous, and furnished nicely, and is extremely comfortable.
We can honestly say that Foel Fach is definitely the best we have stayed in, and we have stayed in many cottages over the years!
The fresh flowers, Bara Brith, wine, chocolates, toiletries and other provisions were very welcome, and a thoughtful touch.
We do hope to return again, Best wishes, Sue & Brian,
