We have had such a lovely weekend at this lovely cottage. It's stunning, the views are great and its so peaceful. The main star is the cottage. Sue & Edward are such lovely hosts and have done such a good job of making us feel so welcome and thinking of everything you may need to make your stay special. We are here with great friends and we have had a great time seeing in 2017. The Christmas tree, New years eve, goodies and Bara Brith were all greatly received, - wow, we will be back. Thank you so much.

Beautiful location and lots of wildlife.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We have enjoyed every minute and really want to come back again. Sue and Edward were so welcoming when we arrived (despite our late arrival after our car trouble). When we walked into the cottage after a long cold drive we were greeted with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. This along with the other little touches around the cottage certainly made it feel like home from home. We will miss sitting cwtched up on the sofa with the fire going, looking at the Christmas lights and views. We will be back one day.

Everything about this cottage was five star. Beautiful views, log fires, good facilities, beautiful bedrooms, great owners. On this visit we found a number of good cafes and restaurants: Murrays of Barmouth was good and T H Roberts cafe in Dolgellau and Number Twenty One in Machynlleth and Glan yr Afon in Pennal are both great restaurants.

Thank you Edward and Sue for the wonderful provision of your lovely cottage. We have loved every minute here. We came to "work" but have ended up relaxing much more than anticipated. The cottage has been so cosy and comfortable that we have had to tear ourselves away from the fireside. We could have spent the whole week sitting looking out over the valley and drinking in the view from here. We must return in spring or summer so that we can sit outside on the patio.Thank you for keeping us supplied with logs for the woodburner. We shall so miss this when we go back to the city... along with the peace and quiet! We have already wowed our friends with all the photos we have put on social media this week. Hopefully we will have given them the desire to come and visit!
