If you’re looking for North Wales cottage holidays for 2, Stable Cottage offers a cosy, romantic setting near Corwen, a central and convenient location between Llangollen and Betws y Coed. The cottage is surrounded by magnificent gardens and has a games room next door. Lakes, Snowdonia mountains, national trust properties and castles are all on your doorstep. Llangollen (10 miles) offers another great day out with lots of little shops, fabulous restaurants, riverside walks, canal boats and steam trains. The Roman city of Chester is also a short drive away.

Ground Floor

The cosy lounge with its whitewashed stone walls, large bed settee and matching armchair in front of a log burner, TV and DVD provides the perfect cottage holidays for 2. Stairs lead up from the lounge to a gallery landing.

Lovely, fully fitted country style kitchen with integrated washing machine & dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven. It also has a dining table and chairs and a small WC off the kitchen.

Upstairs

Upstairs you have a beautiful open plan, galleried bedroom with a king size, luxury bed. It also has an en-suite shower room, double wardrobe and dressing table.

Garden

Set in nearly 3 acres of stunning grounds near the River Dee in North Wales, cottage holidays for 2 don't get any better than this. As guests of the cottage you have access to Rose Garden and Orchard Garden with seating areas, BBQ's, giant draughts set and games room (details below). There is also an enclosed paddock, where you can play football, practice your golf, or exercise your dog. You also have access from the paddock down to the river.

Stable Cottage is situated at the court yard at the rear of the Country House and Corwen town is less than 1 mile. There is a great village pub The Grouse, it sells good Ales, and good pub food, with great views of the River Dee. Conveniently located on the A5 in a beautiful scenic area. Central to all the attractions of North Wales, cottage holidays in Corwen offers something for everyone.
