The property was in a beautiful quiet location. The cottage was very homely and we particularly liked the log burner. The owners were really friendly and helpful. Ruthin is a lovely town and there are nice places to eat there eg. Castle Hotel. The Glynwydian hills are excellent for walking and views.

The cottage was beautifully clean, laid out with Welsh tea awaiting us on arrival. The beds and bedding were so comfortable. It was wonderful arriving with a log fire newly installed and crackling away. Arwel and his wife were very friendly and helpful. The view from the dining room was stunning and we really appreciated having wifi.
Recommendations: Ruthin Castle grounds. We enjoyed walking round Llyn Brenig. We enjoyed walking round Coedwig Clocaenog and spotted a harrier hawk to our boys' delight.
