This large self catering accommodation gives you a special aura, a warm feeling of welcome as you step in to the spacious, light and airy farmhouse kitchen. Wander through into the living room/second kitchen with its cream Aga set in an inglenook fireplace (with a TV and DVD player hidden away in an old built-in cupboard). Relax on the luxurious leather sofas with a warming cup of tea or treat yourself to a bottle of wine or two!

The comfortable lounge has two leather 3 – seater sofas and two leather easy chairs, TV and DVD player, CD player with MP3 connection, and an electric or open fire (initial supply of coal/wood provided).
The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, large larder fridge, microwave, large oven and hob, a huge family dining table and a traditional Welsh dresser.
Utility room with 9kg washing machine, 6kg tumble dryer, small freezer, iron and Belfast sink with plenty of hanging/drying space for your walking or sailing gear.
There is a downstairs twin bedroom with a shower room next door.

There are 2 upstairs bathrooms, one having a luxurious whirlpool type bath – ideal to relax and recharge after an adventurous walk along the Llyn Coastal Path. The second has a large shower and bath.
There are many features that contribute to the special atmosphere of this old farmhouse – the Welsh dresser, the old inglenook, as well as original old floor boards that have been reclaimed and used as bedroom partitions in one area upstairs – stunning!

You can also try your hand at fishing, horse-riding or golf and enjoy go-karting, ten-pin bowling, archery etc at Glasfryn Parc. Plas Glyn-y-Weddw, a magnificent Manor with galleries, beautiful gardens and tea room with sea views is well worth a visit, whilst Ffestiniog Railway, castles and the Italian village of Portmeirion are all nearby.
