Stable Cottage is a fantastic holiday cottage in the most peaceful and beautiful area of Wales. We arrived with car loaded with all the little things you need but never find when self catering, things like, clingfilm, foil, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc only to find when unpacking that the owner Shana had thoughtfully provided all these things. The quality of everything in the cottage is really good and made for a very comfortable stay. The surrounding area provides lots of lovely walks and if your not sure where to go don't worry Shana has again provided a folder with local walks and places to eat. The outside of the cottage is a lovely place to sit and relax, with the farms sheep grazing just opposite, rabbits scampering around early evening and every morning when sitting and having a morning coffee outside the arrival of a pheasant, you heard him well before he arrived! Aberdovey and Towyn great for the seaside, Pennal a lovely little village, and the market in Machynlleth on Wednesday very interesting lots of different types of stalls. Thank you Shana for your warm welcome, and wonderful holiday cottage. Jude and Dave Ball
