| This luxury Bala self catering cottage in Snowdonia has been converted from a traditional 18th century long barn. There is also a range of local activities for you to enjoy including walking, cycling and watersports galore at nearby Bala Lake and the National White Water Centre. Ground Floor Spacious open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining and sitting areas, along with under floor heating. 3 steps lead down to the conservatory with French doors leading to a decked area with a fabulous hot tub and wonderful mountain views. There are 4 inviting sofas in the lounge area along with TV and DVD. The large dining table sits 8 and the fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a large fridge/ freezer. The ground floor also has a spacious en-suite bedroom with a king size bed (and an additional “put me up bed” for 8th person on request) and TV / DVD. En-suite includes shower over bath, tall chrome heated towel rail and under floor heating. Bathrobes and slippers provided. There is also a WC/basin and a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer on this floor. Upstairs Galleried bedroom with king size bed and magnificent views. Bathrobes and slippers provided and access to a shared en-suite (shower over bath, tall chrome heated towel rail, basin and WC). Family bedroom with 3 single beds (can be joined together to form 1 king and 1 single bed on request). TV and DVD and a separate access to the shared en-suite mentioned above.
