"A lovely homely cottage set in
beautiful surroundings."
When we first arrived we were greeted with a very clean and
warm large cottage. The hospitality welsh cakes were a nice surprise! The
cottage is very well appointed with all modern conveniences. Decor is excellent
and views from the windows are beautiful. The owner was very friendly and
helpful. We loved the cottage atmosphere and there were plenty of utensils for
cooking.Though we did not use the washing machine and dryer had the weather been
bad they would have been very useful. I strongly recommend people to book this
holiday cottage but not for the week we shall be booking it for! |

"Cosy comfort, beautiful
walks"
The cottage is beautifully presented. The nearby Torrent Walk
is a must, and also the Mary Jones trail is well worth a walk (I went from the
cottage to Bala Lake). Layout is good for family and spacious so we were not on
top of each other. Loved the armchairs in the sunroom! Altogether a cottage with
a freindly atmosphere that has been cared for by friendly owners. |

"A lovely countryside
cottage"
The cottage is in a wonderful location, and the views from the
property are great. The cottage itself was in immaculate condition. It was also
very child friendly with stair gates, cot and high chair provided (and not too
much breakable stuff around). |

"A wonderful
Holiday"
Well equipped family home. Conveniently situated in a hamlet
in lovely countryside. A pretty cottage with nice garden, garage can be used as
a playroom. Lots of Video tapes and Dvd's available. Nice to have CH available
to take the chill off on some evenings. First class kitchen (unfortunately no
instruction manuals but we managed), excellent lounge/dining room, bathroom and
bedrooms. The entrance conservatory was light and airy also nicely furnished and
comfortable. The worst thing was the parking but only because it was near to two
road bends which made backing in slightly hazardous if the road was busy. Room
for one car. There was lots to see and do in the area and we thoroughly enjoyed
our stay, shame we did not meet the owner. We would readily stay again and have
no hesitation in recommending it to others |

"Much more attractive than in the
photographs!"
This is a beautiful property whose rooms are far more
generous, than they look in the photogrpahs. This is a carefully and thoughtfully
furnished holiday home with a wonderful kitchen and bathroom. We booked at short
notice for a long weekend and the owners where prompt to reply. There is a
fabulous south facing view that can be apreciated from the comfy chairs inside
or the picnic table outside. Even the neighbours where friendly and welcoming.
We will be back! |

"Lovely homely
house"
The house was left open for us so no problem in checking in.
The house was more spacious than expected. Well equipped kitchen; lots of hot
water in bathroom. All furnishings were to a high standard. It felt like a very
comfortable and cosy home. We were well pleased with everything. Parking was not
perfect but a very minor issue. |

"Lovely cottage in an idylic
location"
Cottage is excellent, spacious and very family friendly. Close
enough to shops, and not too far from the excellent beach at Barmouth, yet set
in a very peaceful and relaxing location. Cottage amenities are very good,
stairgates top and bottom of the stairs, enclosed garden and cot/highchair
available make for a very family friendly holiday. Plenty to do in the
surrounding area, and a good park for the kids in Dolgellau. Overall, this is
an excellent accommodation in a superb part of Wales. |
