Historically important for its gold mines from which rings are made for royalty, today, many people come for Snowdonia National Park’s unrivalled scenery, low and high level walks that include the Mawddach Trail or Cader Idris , the seaside or the many attractions such as the Fairbourne or Tal-y-llyn railways. Ground Floor This large group accommodation, Snowdonia, has a well equipped kitchen and dining area with new combined Aga / Electric cooker. Antique and modern furnishings/fittings. Dining room with heavy duty custom built oak dining table, with 18 matching chairs, next to the kitchen.

This includes... 1) Large media / games room with 50-inch flat-screen for cinema-style viewing 2) Separate sauna facility, complete with shower and seating area. Additional Information Bed linen, hand and bath towels included. *Please make a note of the bed arrangements you require when booking (i.e. double or twin beds) Heating and electricity included. A biomass boiler is fed with spent timber creating a renewable energy source to provide heating and hot water for this Dolgellau self-catering house. Logs provided for log burners/open fire Guests are treated to a welcome hamper and honesty larder comprising some Fair Trade, organic and locally sourced products.
