Remote, no roads, no people - brilliant.
Tip: Soak up the remote nature of the property. You'll miss it when you get home

A little gem hidden in the valley.
Tips: Just enjoy the walking, more than enough for a week or two. Good butchers in Machynlleth and Dolgellau, local produce and small deli in Fairbourne all good fresh produce.
    Michael from Farnborough, Oct 2016

The property was comfortable and peaceful. It was in a very rual location, just want we wanted this year for our family holiday. There are plenty of places to go walking, you can even leave the car at the farmhouse and take a hike around the area. There is a mountain bike centre close by. A trip to Snowdon is worthwhile and it's a nice walk up to the summit if you are fit enough. However there is a train but a little costly.

Lovely stay, in a beautiful spot.
Recommendations - A visit to Aberdovey, a walk around the Cregennan Lakes, the Precipice Walk, Llanberis Pass, Bedgellert, a visit to Conwy.

Fantastic getaway with university friends. Idyllic location and lovely cottage and rift in the footpath for beautiful walks. Owner was very helpful when I spoke to her the day before arrival as were Best of Wales staff. It was wonderful, had an amazing time.
