Homely country cottage style kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, electric cooker and washing machine. Table and chairs to sit 6.

The lounge includes 3 large comfy leather sofas and a log fire. There is a TV with freeview, DVD, CD player, a selection of books and information on things to do in the area.

Dining room with large dining table and chairs for 8.

Master bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite shower room.

Ground floor bathroom with bath and shower.

Garden

Large enclosed garden with extensive sea view and with plenty of space for children to play and enjoy. There is a sheltered terrace area and seating for 6 people.

Bed linen and kitchen/tea towels provided.

The owner requires a £50 refundable security bond prior to arrival to be paid via pre-authorisation from payment card.

Please bring your own hand/bath towels or towels can be added @ £5 per person

Electricity & oil central heating included.

Plenty of parking space for several cars.

High chair, travel cot and stair gate available on request. Please bring your own bed linen for the cot.

The following items are also provided at the cottage for your stay… Kitchen: kitchen roll, washing up liquid/dishwasher tabs, new dishcloths and scourers. Bathroom: 1 toilet roll per toilet. General cleaning products: bleach, shower cleaner, anti-bacterial spray etc.

Pets welcome: 2 dogs maximum, £10 per dog
