"Comfortable and pleasant"
The apartment is at a superb location where one can enjoy the view of Cardiff Bay on one side and a beautiful park on the other side. It is quiet with an extremely pleasant environment. I had the privilege to jog every morning in the park nearby. The owner, Alan, is very nice and friendly.
The apartment is very well equipped especially its kitchen facilities. It is tidy and neat. An unforgettable stay. :)

"Stunning views, comfortable living, friendly host and excellent "
My friends and I stayed in the apartment over new years eve and into early Jan in Cardiff.
We got the keys on time.
On entering the apartment it was in excellent condition, warm and inviting and decorated festively throughout most of the apartment. There are some nice views of the city of Cardiff from the apartment.
We recieved a surprise complimentary basket of bread and Welsh Cakes which was a nice touch. All were quite delicious.
The owner was very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment and may likely book again

"Good, comfortable & well appointed"
The apartment was spacious & comfortably appointed. The friendly owner met us & introduced us to the place & also provided a welcome package, which is a lovely gesture.
Location is well served by public transport & has ready access to walking paths around Cardiff Bay and beyond.
The only drawbacks were the lack of a dishwasher & the pay as you go internet dongle system did not work out as expected. Our stay here was great.

"Perfect"
We were met by alan the owner at the apartment. He showed us car parking facilites and how to access them. He then took us to apartment and described key features. Excellent apartment, bigger than appears in pictures. Excellent location overlooking Cardiff Bay and the River Taff.Binoculars provided to observe plentiful bird life on river. Liked best the quality and location of the apartment. Liked least the lift could be heard in apartment as it travels up and down. Although on last day workmen were servicing lift so this may not be a problem anymore

"Very comfortable, well located, tranquil apartment."
We received a very warm welcome from the owner, who also provided a 'welcome' food package, which was most most appreciated. The flat was well equipped including a large flat screen television with 'Freeview'. We would be very happy to stay there again, should we visit Cardiff again

"Excellent accomodation in fantastic location"
Apartment was spotless & the Welcome Pack a nice suprise. Located ideally for Mermaid Quay, Town Centre and the Millenium Stadium. We stayed here for the Take That concerts. We would definately look to stay here agin if we visit Cardiff.

"Great city break"
A great apartment with good views and secure parking. Well equipped. Only complaint would be not enough storage/shelving space in kitchen and ensuite for self-catering. About 30 min walk to main Bay area with restaurants etc. and then managed to find excellent train into centre of Cardiff for shops and castle, so no need to take car. An excellent short City break.

"The apartment felt like a home from home"
Well appointed, comfortable furnishings. Having two bathrooms was a win!! The welcome pack and the gift toiletries were a pleasant surprise. The secure covered parking in the underground garage a big plus.
The only negative, no satellite or sky TV ( or similar ), please think about installing.
Would we come back, most definately

"Great weekend, great location"
Had a great stay, the apartment was 15 minute walk from the Murmaid quay where you can enjoy all the bars and restaurants. A 20 minute walk the other way takes you to the Millennium Stadium or a quick bus or taxi ride. Lovely apartment everything we could need, when we return to Cardiff we will hopefully stay here agin.

"Cold weather,nice views"
The accomodation was really well equipped and has great views all round. The apartment was very clean and warm and benefits from having 2 bath/shower rooms. We had 2 teenagers with us,boy and girl so the 2 double beds didnt suit us ideally but everything else was above our expectations. The location is great for those who like a morning run or walk and there is a sports field opposite. You can walk into town along the river and there is also local shopping. With better weather we would have used the small balcony overlooking the park.

"A wonderful place to stay in a great location"
The apartment is very modern, very well equipped, has magnificent views down the River Taff and is very well located in Cardiff Bay not too far from Mermaid Quay. The owner is very friendly, kind and helpful. There is secure parking. The neighbourhood is very quiet. The only down side (and it is a small one) is that there is nowhere to eat and drink within easy walking distance

"Fantastic apartment, everything was catered for!"
This was a fabulous apartment, everything you could need was there, really amazing welcome pack with fresh milk, bread etc. The views of the river from the front room were lovely and the aquabus ride along the river to the city centre was a real treat. A super apartment, cant wait to stay again.

We had a fabulous time celebrating our wedding anniversary in the Apartment. We went for a lovely walk around the barrage one morning, enjoyed a lovely glass of wine out on the balcony in the Spring sunshine, and my husband treated me to the show Hairspray at the Wales
Millennium Centre in the evening.
