Langland Bay Swansea Holiday Apartment is located just a short walk from Langland’s lovely sandy beach and the shops, pubs and restaurants of Mumbles in the North of the Gower. The proximity of the local attractions and activities make this Mumbles self catering apartment a perfect base for your dream holiday as the 19-mile long Gower Peninsula includes some of Wales’ cleanest and most stunning beaches including Rhossili, recently voted Britain’s best beach by The Independent.

Langland beach is perfect to just sit back, relax and watch the world go by. Whilst being a favourite with surfers, Langland is a large sandy beach fringed with beach huts, a café and a beach shop. There are several public tennis courts just above the beach that can be booked by the public.

Mumbles Village has plenty to offer people of all ages and interests. Littered with boutique shops, friendly pubs and restaurants, it is one of the premier seaside resorts in Wales. Its pier was built in 1898 and is now home to the Mumbles lifeboat.

The city of Swansea is only 5 miles away from this Mumbles self catering apartment and has an enviable choice of restaurants offering cuisines and shopping facilities to equal any major city. In addition, there is a new £32m Leisure Centre (LC2) offering swimming, water park entertainment and first class sports facilities. Swansea also boasts of excellent nightlife, a Premier League football team and free access to maritime and industrial museums and art galleries.
