A very enjoyable holiday. The property gave us an excellent base from which to explore the west coast of Wales. Aberystwyth is an excellent town to explore for its history and it's beach. Devils Bridge is worth visiting for the waterfall walk.

Lovely property, very welcoming, cosy and nicely furnished, had everything we needed for our break. Situated just past the hotel and nice large secure parking area. Beautiful surroundings with fantastic views from the lounge window. A really nice weekend. The owner was also very helpful as he told us about a Rally that was on the day of our journey and suggested we could arrive a little earlier than we had first arranged so as to arrive whilst still light, very much appreciated, as was the Bara Brith and tea bags, very nice touch after the long drive

Recommend the visit to Devils Bridge, well worth the money and nice and quiet at this time of year, we only saw about 5 people during our walk so nice to stop off and appreciate the view without feeling we were slowing people up. The Hafod hotel was very welcoming and they were very pet friendly. Their food menu looked good so we had planned to eat there on the Saturday but we were spoilt by the ice-cream and fish and chips from Aberaeron, a lovely town that is also worth the visit.
