Located overlooking the pretty harbour of Cemaes Bay, Ty Lawr is a delightful detached pet friendly fisherman's cottage sleeping 8. Stylishly decorated with a lovely fresh modern feel, Ty Lawr has an open plan living area spacious kitchen and you’re located in a perfect location for family fun and watersports. Enjoy a large sun terrace with waterfront views and base yourself at Cemaes Bay to explore Anglesey.

Ground Floor

Living Room - traditional oak flooring with a rug, leather sofas and chairs, CD player, Freeview TV, DVD, iPod dock and WiFi. Patio doors leading to the outdoor seating area.

Kitchen/Diner: with oak floors throughout has dining area with wooden table and seating for eight. Kitchen is fitted with granite worktops, large breakfast island with bar stools. Electric double oven, six-ring gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Bedroom 1: ground floor twin bedroom has French windows opening onto the patio and an en suite shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC.

Cloakroom -  WC and basin.

First Floor

Bedroom 2: the king size bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath, large walk-in shower, basin and WC, and doors to a glass panel balcony.

Bedroom 3: is a double bedroom, also with doors to a balcony, with an en suite large walk-in shower, basin and WC.

Bedroom 4:  has twin beds and an en suite shower room with WC and basin.

Garden

Enjoy the fantastic views across the harbour, beach and sea from a large sun terrace with outside table and chairs. There is gated private parking for three cars or a boat and there is a small launch slipway ideal for sail boats or kayaks next to the cottage.

Local Area

Ty Lawr boasts a perfect Anglesey coastal location in the unspoilt fishing village of Cemaes Bay. Located on the North Coast of the island of Anglesey Cemaes is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and partly owned by the National Trust. The name Cemaes was derived from 'Cei Maes' meaning Quay Area.

The harbour area has two beaches (Traeth Mawr a Traeth Bach) which are great for family beach time and watersports such as windsurfing, surfing and sailing. Sit and watch the fishing boats come and go at Cemaes Bay and enjoy the charm of harbour life. With access to the Anglesey Coast Path right from your door enjoy a walk along the path which is part of the Wales Coast Path.

The village of Cemaes has a range of shops, pubs and restaurants, including a prize winning fish and chip shop.

Traeth Mawr (Cemaes Bay) 0.2miles -  Traeth Mawr is a sheltered sandy beach cradled by a small promenade walk.
