We recently headed out and explored the Wales Coast Path as part of the year of adventure, heading to Ceredigion in West Wales and exploring from Aberporth to Llangrannog. This was a short section of the coast path, and this is the benefit of the path, you can walk as little or as much as you want!

At a total of 870 miles, Wales was the first country in the World to have a coast path around its entire coastline, and the scenery, wildlife and countryside are well worth exploring.

To plan your walk you can head to the Wales Coast Path website and as we mentioned, do a short walk suitable for the whole family, or challenge yourself to a multi day walking holiday.

Watch how Lisa got on during her day out and why not get out and explore for yourself.
