Dyfi Osprey Project, Machynlleth
In 2011, for the first time in over 400 years Ospreys bred in the Dyfi valley on the Cors Dyfi Nature Reserve site, following three years work by the trust to reintroduce the birds into the area. The osprey project is open from April to September, 10am to 6pm whilst Cors Dyfi reserve is open throughout the year. With the exception of the elevated bird hide, the site is fully accessible to wheelchair users. Facilities include a visitor centre with a small shop & basic refreshments.
