I was looking for somewhere remote, no cars, no noisy neighbours, private, peaceful - Hafan Hiraethog delivers on all of those things! It has everything you would ever need in a three bedroom cottage with the most modern amenities in every room for your comfort and enjoyment! For anyone looking to use it as a launch pad to visit the best of North Wales attractions, then it’s quite well positioned. Not far to Bala, Snowdonia, Anglesey, Caernarfon, all the castles, zip wire places such as Llechwedd, etc. Denbigh is twenty mins away for supermarkets and restaurants. The coast is not much further too. But for me, perfect peace in a thoroughly modern cottage with bags of history, full of character. Every possible need is catered for - all the cooking equipment you would ever need, and a barbecue outside too. The tv is fine and there is a selection of dvd’s for your enjoyment. Each bedroom is tastefully presented and extremely comfortable and homely. The bathroom and shower room are modern and well equipped. The garden has spectacular views, and nothing in sight at all aside from fields, hills and sheep. There is parking space for at least four or five vehicles. And there is a sun room / conservatory which is perhaps the crowning glory of the property, with its comfort, and its outlook. The views were awesome, and the company of dozens of sheep in the fields right next to the cottage was a huge plus. You could sit for hours and watch them grazing, it is so relaxing. The owners of Hafan Hiraethog are so helpful and so wonderful too, anything needed and they are a couple of minutes away in their own nearby cottage, close enough to help, but far enough away that you wouldn’t even know they were there. And thanks to Best of Wales, who are great in answering any and all queries in advance of your holiday, for a seamless and easy booking experience.Simon from Broughton - 14th October 2018

It was a good base for the whole family, including grandparents. House was well kitted out. Our day at Anglesey was the best. We visited the light house then went on to the beach for the afternoon. We have certainly found a lovely place on the beach for our next holiday to Wales. Beautiful!
