Swallow's Cottage is a great place to get away from it all, relax and enjoy wonderful views along the Coast Path, or visit the beautiful Cathedral at St David's. The host Rosemary is really helpful and friendly. We'll be back!David King - 17th June 2018
A delightful cottage situated in an ideal position for exploring the St Davids peninsula. Beautiful location with stunning views across both farmland and sea. We loved the cottage and quiet location and we were welcomed warmly by Rosemary, with Welshcakes and local jam to start our stay. Best of Wales team were friendly and informative and all correspondence was extremely helpful.Dot from Shutta - 20th May 2018
It was a fantastic property and in a lovely, handy location.Gwenda from Pen-y-bont ar Ogwr (Bridgend) - 6th February 2018
Very cosy and had everything we needed, was like home from home. The added bonus was it were dog friendly, even the weather was perfect.
Recommendations: The coastal walks, and Sunday carvery at the Harbour Inn. A day spent in St Davids taking in the beautiful sights and the cathedral, or take a boat trip around Ramsay Island. Also visit the harbours in Solva, Porthclais and Porthgain.Marilyn from Cwmafan, Port Talbot - 29th March 2017
Swallows Cottage is a lovely modern cottage with all the facilities you need. Great views and a lot to do in the surrounding areas. Highly recommend it.
St Davids is a lovely town. Local airfield to walk round near the cottage, coastal walk also.Couple from Leicestershire - 3rd January 2017
Had a lovely week in Swallows cottage. Cottage was very cosy & well equipped. Owner very friendly & welcoming, also provided a few goodies too. Took two large dogs & had plenty enough space in the one bed cottage. Would visit again. If you have a dog or dogs with you check out the nearby World War Two airfield. Now a nature reserve with plenty of enclosed walks & running places. We have two greyhounds who really enjoyed their morning run especially on the runway. The cottage owner pointed us in the right direction. Could be walked but road a bit dangerous to walk two dogs on. Only five minutes in car. All beaches worth a visit but especially loved the blue lagoon at Aberieddy beach. Also free parking & only a short walk to the lagoon.Couple from Ammanford - 10th October 2016
Rosemary, the property owner, made us feel very welcome. It was like a home from home, with little touches like Welsh cakes and home made jam being left for us. Very relaxing stay.
Recommendations - Abereiddy (the Blue Lagoon) - walk there from Porthgain, there is a great circular walk and then stop for lunch/dinner at the Shed - fresh locally caught fish, just divine! Be sure to book though. Also - the Druidstone Hotel at Druiston Haven for dinner/drinks. Quirky boutique vibes and beautiful views.Couple from Birmingham - 10th June 2016
