I rented it for my daughter and her husband (it was his first visit to Wales) who had come from Australia to stay. They thoroughly enjoyed some chill out time. They loved it. Beautiful location. Great hot tub and lovely owners. Many thanks :-) Chepstow has some lovely restaurants, Monmouth is a wonderful historical town as is Usk. Beautiful countryside, Raglan, Chepstow and Caldicot Castles. The well in Devauden is fab as are the walks.Family from Chepstow - 22nd July 2016
The property was perfect, from the log burner to the hot tub and then there was the games room it really couldn't be faulted, the owners were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. We visited Raglan Castle & Chepstow Castle and ate at the Rose and Crown in Tintern, the food was home cooked and large portions very nice. Our stay was perfect came home very relaxed and wanting to go backMichelle from the Isle of Wight - 1st November 2015
The property is down hill towards the valley. It is very peaceful and the outlook is lovely. We had our Son, Daughter in law and grandchildren. come part way through the holiday. They loved the animals and collecting fresh eggs from the chickens. If visitors want to see the Castles in the surrounding areas. Then go for a Cadw admissions Ticket, we took the 3 day one. The total cost was £27 for the two of us, we visited 5 Castles. It would have cost us a lot more if we hadn't been told about this ticket. I would like to say thank you, once again, to Best of Wales for their very efficient service and wonderful directions, how to get to the propertyChristine and family - 4th August 2015
