Perfect for a group of friends, colleagues, reunions or families, the townhouse sleeps 10 in beds but can sleep up to 14 with the use of 2 additional sofa beds.

Large cinema style lounge area, HD TV with full Sky Sports and Movies package. Comfy sofas and corner seating.

Stunning fully equipped kitchen with island and long dining table. Bi-folding doors open out on the rear garden area. Kitchen TV is also on the same Sports and Movies package.

1st floor

Bedroom 1 - Kingsize bedroom with sofa (can be a double sofa bed to accommodate an extra 2 guests)

The following items are also provided at the Cardiff holiday accommodation for your stay… Kitchen: salt and pepper, kitchen roll, washing up liquid. Bathroom: hand soap and 2 toilet rolls. General cleaning products: bleach, shower cleaner etc.

No smoking and no pets.

The house can also be booked for corporate events and as a pre-match / concert / event location.

Efficient and friendly service from Wales Holiday Cottages, really helpful with queries when I rang. Property was perfect for our family get together, close to city centre, clean and comfortable. Little welcome touches of chocolates and prosecco a nice surprise.
