Local Area

Cardiff Boutique Townhouse is perfect for large group accommodation and is located in the University sector of Cardiff City Centre. There are a few pubs and bars nearby but the City Centre including the Millennium Stadium, Sophia Gardens Cricket Stadium, St Davids Hall, the New Theatre and the main shops, bars and nightlife of Cardiff are just a short walk away. Directly opposite the property is Bute Park which is a huge expanse of parkland that includes Cardiff Castle.

Cardiff is an ideal destination as all the main attractions and events are within walking distance. Further out from the City there is the Glamorgan Heritage Coast with many stunning beaches and water sports activities, while the Brecon Beacons National park is only a 40 minute drive to the north.

You'll find a lively entertainment scene in and around Cardiff, which features opera, ballet, musicals, and live music from world-class acts. Across the city, there are a range of theatres, galleries, museums, arts and live music venues. From the traditional to the ground-breakingly modern, from seating thousands to cosy intimate spaces, Cardiff can satisfy every taste.

Cardiff Bay is about 1.5 miles away and home to the Wales Millennium Centre, Y Senedd (The National Assembly building) as well as numerous other attractions. These include trendy bars and restaurants, Olympic sized swimming pool and leisure facility, White water Centre, Yacht Club, Cycle and there are numerous walks around the Cardiff Bay Barrage.
