Description
Large farmhouse with hot tub and games room. Perfect for a special occasion, get-together, reunion , family holiday or a gathering of friends. Set on a glorious Welsh mountain side, this large farmhouse includes a hot tub and games room, and stunning views across the Valley. Only 25 minutes from Cardiff and 30 minutes from the Brecon Beacons National Park there are many attractions and activities nearby including a County park, Bike Park Wales, Heritage Museum, National Lido of Wales, several magnificent castles and much more. There are also excellent road and rail links and mountain walks with trails that can be joined from the farm.
Ground Floor
Stunning kitchen, fully equipped with full size American style fridge freezer, Rangemaster double oven and gas hob, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. Breakfast bar and table and chairs to sit up to 8.
Lounge includes a magnificent open fireplace with log burner, comfy sofas, TV (freesat).
Reading room / second lounge with comfy sofa.
Utility room with basin, washing machine and drier. This can also be used for storage of walking boots and secure bike storage.
Ground floor shower room with wash basin, wc and shower unit.
Games room - Large open space with a pool table, table tennis as well as a table football. Large 55" TV with sound system along with a small bar.

Bathroom: hand soap and 2 toilet rolls per toilet. General cleaning products: bleach, shower cleaner, anti bacterial spray etc.
- Supermarket deliveries to the Lodge and there are also plenty of shops nearby if you wish to shop locally
- Located on a working farm. This does not effect front and garden areas but there are farm sheds to rear of property.
- No smoking inside and no pets.
- No rowdy stag or hen parties accepted.

Detached Farmhouse located on the mountain side in beautiful countryside and with stunning views. It is private and located off a quiet lane so guests will not be disturbed. There is a farm shed to the rear of the property while the front has uninterrupted views. There is a large country park, heritage park, museum and the National Lido of Wales all within a few miles. The city of Cardiff is only 25 minutes away and is easily accessible for events via the local railway station (within walking distance) . Cardiff is a superb day out for sporting events, activities and of course great shopping. Rugby games at the Principality stadium are an amazing experience while it has also hosted the Champions League final, World Cup Rugby Games, Speedway and many world leading music acts.
Local highlights include the magnificent Caerphilly Castle, Castell Coch, Llancaiach Fawr Manor, Rhondda Heritage Park, The famous bridge in Pontypridd, Royal Mint experience and Cyfarthfa Castle. The Taff Trail is an excelllent cycle track that runs form Brecon to Cardiff and is suitable for all ages and abilities. The track even runs on part of Trevithicks railway track, where the world's first locomotive railway journey was made some 20 years before George Stephenson's attempt.
The Brecon Beacons National Park is only 20 mins away: it covers 520 square miles and includes spectacular mountain walks and countryside. The Park is also an official Dark Sky reserve, testament to the outstanding quality of the night sky. Ideal for walking, fishing, horse riding, cycling and all outdoor activities.
