Reviews

Nice welcome hamper, not to far to the coast by car, very quiet area, was raining while here, but plenty to do near by, towns, walks, national trust & loads of places to eat out with good ratings. Coastal walk is good but be careful when it’s been raining. Footpaths around the farm as well. Ideal for dark skys if you want to do photography, also great views when clear. Jacuzzi was great & clean.

Mr H,

A perfect get away for switching off, will definitely rebook!

Miss S,

We really enjoyed our stay. My husband really enjoyed using the kayaks and boat and we loved the donkeys and hottub. Really cosy and the perfect mini honeymoon

Mrs D,

Mr K,

Wow! My husband and myself had the best weekend at Dragons Eye. The location was so peaceful and just perfect. We enjoyed the boat, kayaks, the pizza oven, the hot tub, the games room. They all made for a fantastic relaxing stay. The bed is extremely comfortable and very well equipped and clean. Loved sitting on the deck playing cards through the evening with the fire pit on. Amazing views and we will really miss the friendly donkeys and geese on-site. Will absolutely be back for another stay

Previous Customer,

This property was incredible, a definite must. It was a peaceful get away with stunning views and lots to keep you occupied. We cannot wait to go back.

Miss C,

Fantastic 3 day break in a wonderful location. Got lucky with the weather which helped but absolutely loved every minute from start to finish.

Mr Andrew B,

The scenery and beautiful location- a true lovely oasis

Mr Daniel P,

We didn’t realise how isolated it was. We thought there would be nature walks and paths around the area. We didn’t realise we would have to drive to find the nature walks. It had so much potential. It looked like it could do with a really good clean. The roof also leaked there was a puddle of water on the floor near the log burner. The owners obviously knew as there was a small hole towel at the back of the log burner. Also during the heavy rain we could hear the water pouring out of the gutter over the door. The bed was comfortable and we had a laugh drank wine and played cards. We had a lovely time but not for us. We would prefer something near the coast

Mrs Judith J,

Absolutely lovely glamping pod experience Loved it

Mrs Joanne T,

Wonderful stay, owners of the property were extremely kind and helpful in more ways than one. Beautiful sights all around and the cottage was very cozy and sweet. Would love to come back in warmer weather as the ice stopped us adventuring as much as planned but still a lovely quiet escape from everything. Really enjoyed.

Miss Natasha F,
