Llys yr Afon apartment in Aberaeron offers the perfect base for a self catering holiday with hot tub facilities on the West Wales coast. Just a short walking distance to the town’s wide range of restaurants, pubs, beach and shops. Built in the early 1800’s, Llys yr Afon is part of one of the oldest and most substantial stone-built houses in this beautiful Georgian harbour town. Spacious and contemporary, the apartment is located at the lower ground of the house and leads out to the patio area within the large walled garden.
Llys yr Afon Holiday Apartment has a luxury lounge with brown leather sofas, a large T.V. with Freeview and a dining table with 6 chairs. The open plan, fitted kitchen includes an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a fridge freezer. Glassware, crockery and kitchen equipment are all provided.
Across the large hallway are 2 bedrooms (1 double room and 1 twin room) and a bathroom which includes a walk in shower with non slip tiles and a grab rail.
The walled garden includes a newly built hydrotherapy hot tub for you to enjoy. The garden is beautifully decorated with flowers and plants of all colours and also includes a patio area and a trampoline.
The hot tub is available for exclusive hire at £4 per person for up to a 30 min session. The spa is very sophisticated and powerful with mood lighting and different massage configurations to ensure it reaches every part of you to aid your relaxation. This is a must for full enjoyment of your time here. Slippers and robes also available for hire.

A friendly welcome to the self contained basement flat in a guest house. Renovated in a modern style with quality beds and bed linen. Full access to a lovely large sunny garden. Easy access to the delightful town of Aberaeron.
Recommendations: Aberaeron town and harbour, especially the Hive for local speciality honey ice cream; Red kites feeding at Bwlch Nant yr Arian; Centre for Alternative Technology; Cardigan heritage town trail including castle; dolphin survey boat from the Wildlife Centre in New Quay. Llys yr Afon is a really lovely apartment. Plenty of space, immaculately clean, with a hot tub and beautiful garden. It was easy to relax. We were only a short walk into Aberaeron, so it was perfect for enjoying all the entertainment on offer! Aberaeron is a lovely town with lots of pubs, shops and restaurants to enjoy. The atmosphere at the Harbourmaster is always great, and we had a lovely meal at the Cellar. Llys yr Afon is located in the picturesque Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron in Cardigan Bay, West Wales. Once a busy port with a thriving ship-building history, it is now home to vessels designed for leisure rather than work. It is still a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by whilst enjoying one of the town's famous Honey Ice Creams - available from the Hive on the Quay.There are numerous high quality, local cafes and restaurants, and your day can end with anything from a really good fish and chips eaten al fresco, to haute cuisine. There are also several traditional public houses.
Aberaeron's architectural gem is full of interest. There's a Sea Aquarium, the famous Harbourmaster Restaurant and the National Trust's Llanerchaeron estate. It is also a very central location for touring Wales and ideal for pursuits such as angling, sailing, birdwatching, cycling and walking.
Travel inland from Aberaeron to the Teifi Valley. A favourite with visitors is Cenarth Falls, a famous beauty spot. To the north, travel from Aberystwyth on the narrow-gauge Vale of Rheidol Railway to experience the waterfalls at Devil's Bridge or visit the ruins at Strata Florida Abbey, near Pontrhydfendigaid in the Cambrian mountains. Just a few miles south, coastal towns and villages such as New Quay and Llangrannog offer Blue Flag beaches, dolphin spotting or fishing boat trips, Go Carting and Paintball Centre, Felinwynt Rainforest Centre, New Quay Honey Centre and much more.
