Description

This luxury detached farmhouse is located in 32 acres of stunning grounds including beautiful wildflower gardens and a croquet lawn. Located only 3 miles from the Ceredigion coastline with several great beaches, this is a perfect holiday location in West Wales. The farmhouse is located on the grounds of a small luxury bed and breakfast complex, and is therefore ideal if additional family members wish to join for a few days. Guests can also book breakfast as part of their stay if they so wish.

Large fully equipped farmhouse style kitchen including double oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, fridge freezer and large dining table.

Utility room with extra fridge freezer, washer dryer, laundry sink and downstairs WC.

Bedroom 3 is a Superking or can be two twin beds on request (Please note request during booking).

Bedroom 4 - Cosy twin room , ideal for children up to the age of 15, (please note narrow beds - 2ft 6 wide).

Enclosed rear garden with large lawned area and table and chairs. In addition to the garden around the farmhouse, there are acres of grounds to be enjoyed.



Additional Information

Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, sugar, milk, home-made cakes and biscuits. Let us know if you're celebrating a special occasion and we will also include an extra surprise in your welcome pack.

Electricity & central heating included.
High chair provided, but no cot.
Wi-fi available.

This property has a £150 good housekeeping refundable bond, which is payable to Best of Wales along with the balance of your holiday. Alternatively, you can waiver this bond by paying a non-refundable fee of £5 per person instead.
The following items are also provided at the cottage for your stay - Kitchen: salt and pepper, kitchen roll, washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets, new dishcloths and scourers, tin foil and cling film. Bathroom: liquid hand soap and 2 toilet rolls per toilet. General cleaning products: bleach, shower cleaner, anti bacterial spray etc.
No smoking.
Pets welcome 2 small or 1 large (dog) at £25 per week.

Local Area

This detached farmhouse is located on a 32 acre site that includes a small B & B complex and the owners' residential dwelling. The farm is located within gorgeous countryside only 2 miles from the stunning Ceredigion coastline and with great views across the Preseli mountains.

The whole Ceredigion coastline is famous for its dolphins. Dolphin watching trips can be booked from the picturesque coastal village of New Quay (13 miles) and Cardigan ( 8 miles). There are superb walks in the area, including
walks around the farm and the Ceredigion section of the all Wales Coastal Path.

Llangrannog is 5 miles to the north and has a golden sandy beach, two welcoming pubs, restaurants, cafe and a shop. The Llangrannog Urdd Centre is perfect for a family day out with its ski slope, pony trekking centre and there is also a modern leisure centre on site which includes a sports hall, an astro turf field and fitness room.

Other attractions and activities nearby include Cwmrhydneuadd Golf Club, Cardigan Island Coastal Farm Park and New Quay Honey Centre. The recently restored Cardigan Castle is worth a visit, as is Cilgerran Castle (11 miles) that overlooks the River Teifi and has an interesting history with some great sights and walks.
