Lovely house and a very enjoyable stay. Family from Derbyshire - 13th August 2016
Lovely house, obviously loved and cared for by the owner. In a good location - hill a bit of a killer but got used to it!
Recommendations: Captain's Rendezvous for chips, Black Lion a bit expensive but nice surroundings.Family from Port Talbot - 30th July 2016
In 15 years of coming to Newquay and visiting several other houses this is by far the most impressive house. It is wonderfully decorated and has a feeling of home straightaway - a real pleasure and joy to stay there....thank you The Wellington pub serves excellent food and great portion size. The Lime Crab is also good - lovely food and chips not greasy. The Penwig is a good family pub and nice meals, The Dolau is more of a "real" pub, very friendly staff and a beer garden outside. For beaches if looking to go further a field, try Tresaith beach, parking is restricted but there is a field at the top with an honesty box for all day parking, it is worth the extra as the beach is sandy and there is a waterfall round the headland. Mwnt beach is good but does have a lot of steps down on to it so maybe better for young families.Lindsay and Family - 16th August 2015
We very much enjoyed our stay in Rianfa, the children especially like the basement play room.
The Black Lion has good free Wifi for customers and a good outdoor play area for children if the weather permits. The Penwig Hotel has good food, the Sea Bream was excellent. The Seahorse is always friendly and welcoming. Folly Farm, (down towards Tenby) is a good day out for the children, with plenty of things to see and do, Aberaeron is always worth a visit.
