Yes, it’s that time of year again when the Christmas lights are turned on and Christmas Fairs pop up all over Wales. Time to wrap up, get cosy and jump head over heels in to the festive spirit.

We’ve prepared a shortlist of Christmas Fairs that are happening across the country between now and Christmas. If you have already have your winter break booked with us, this should help you find the one that’s closest to you. Winter Fair in Builth Wells, 26 & 27 November

Visit the Royal Welsh Winter Fair where you will find 300 stalls to browse and an opportunity of course to meet Santa in his grotto. Festive visitors can also experience the buzz of live auctions, livestock on display as well as many classes and competitions.

Cardiff Christmas Market, Now - 23 December

Cardiff transforms into a ‘Christmas city’ as around 80 stalls with a rolling programme of 200 exhibitors take centre stage at Cardiff Christmas Market. A great opportunity to buy one-of-a-kind gifts direct from the artists, crafts and food producers. It’s also a short stroll from Cardiff’s Winter Wonderland, which runs until early January.

Portmeirion Food and Craft Fair, 30 November - 2 December

The stunning Italianate fantasy village opens its doors for three days to a whole load of Welsh merriment and wonder. A wide range of exhibitors specialising in local produce, music makers galore and plenty of cooking demonstrations, a magical Christmas Grotto and more.

The Winter Fair 2018 at Aberglasney, 30 November - 2 December
