Description

A delightful cedar clad lodge situated at the southern edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park, just half a mile from the famous Henrhyd Falls, within easy reach of many other footpaths, waterfalls and cycle routes. A short drive takes you to Swansea (20 miles) with its marina, shops, restaurants, museums and galleries; a little further on is the long, sandy beach at Port Talbot. Or you can simply relax, unwind and enjoy the excellent facilities of this comfortable and well equipped property. The village of Coelbren has a pub. Ystradgynlais, just over 4 miles away, has a full range of shops and supermarkets. The lodge itself, with its open plan layout downstairs, provides spacious accommodation for eight, with a host of extras - hot tub, small pool table, SKy Q with HD Sky cinema channels, WiFi, Wii, Alexa, Fire Stick etc. Pet friendly, too!

A lovely retreat from 'normal' hectic busy town life. Real home from home + more, waterfall views worth the steps absolutely stunning and caves worth a visit especially with young children. We had the most fabulous stay at Breconview lodge - the quality of the property was absolutely outstanding, the owners were very helpful when contacted and made us feel so welcome on our stay with some lovely little extra touches and gifts that were really appreciated.
