Beautifully clean and well equipped.Mrs Sarah Harvey - 29th October 2018
Lovely, cozy house - perfect for a chilled out week walking the stunning coastal paths. Gorgeous interior - designed and fitted with such style and top end quality materials. Spotlessly clean and beautifully presented, with homely touches like fresh flowers, Welshcakes, milk and the best was lovely honey from their apiary. Lovely owners too. Couldn’t have asked for more - even a shed to store our bikes securely. We’ll be back! Julia from Cheshire - 6th October 2018
Lovely clean, modern, well furnished property in a nice quiet location Mrs Lorraine Williams - 1st October 2018
This is a superb property, furnished and equipped to the highest standard. Beautifully clean and all of this in a stunning location.Claire from Stratford Upon Avon - 3rd September 2018
Goodness! Everything was fabulous. I didn't need directions as my Welsh family brought me from the train in Bangor. I was delighted with the entire property! The property was extremely well furnished. The kitchen is so well equipped with dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans; there was everything we could possibly want. Outdoor furniture is provided for enjoying the deck and the amazing views. My Welsh family were thrilled to come over and enjoy our time sipping wine on the deck, appreciating the stunning views, admiring the sweet young calves wandering the pasture. Of course, the heat wave made this all even more enjoyable! Every bedroom has a TV and DVD capability. The owner provides a wide variety of DVDs, games for all ages, puzzles, etc.The owner provides a large binder with house information, directions for all utilities, and suggestions for enjoying Aberdaron and the surrounding areas. I was welcomed with a lovely note, tea cakes, Welsh honey and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Gwelfryn was so luxurious! I was spoiled and wish I could have stayed longer.Ms Marilyn Schaumburg - 1st August 2018
Diolch am drefnu i ni aros yn Gwelfryn. Tŷ hynod o gyfforddus, glan a chyfleus i’r pentref. Byddwn wrth ein bodd yn aros yno eto. Mrs Hughes yn serchog, cacen a blodau yn ein haros. Gwych. / Thank you for organizing for us to stay at Gwelfryn. Very comfortable house, clean and convenient for the village. We would love to stay again. Mrs Hughes was lovely, cake and flowers waiting for us. Fantastic.Ruth from Abergwili - 21st May 2018
Gwelfryn is one of the very best holiday cottages we have stayed in, and has the best equipped kitchen. It was also the cleanest and best presented. The views across fields from the kitchen diner were lovely and the situation very peaceful and relaxing. Perfect for getting away from it all and recharging the batteries.Ms Deb Green - 12th March 2018
The property has been recently (2015) refurbished to a very high standard. It is furnished tastefully and sparing no expense. It is equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Everything was high quality and everything worked. This is the cleanest accommodation of any type we have ever stayed in. We used the upstairs master bedroom which is attractively furnished, roomy and comfortable with a spacious en suite. We were very comfortable in this house and heartily recommend it.Ray from Lancashire - 29th November 2017
Excellent overall. Beautiful property with everything we needed for our stay, proper home from home.Family from Cheshire - 11th November 2017
It was perfect, we just would have liked to stay for longer!
Wonderful house, clean well equipped and modern. We visited a variety of beaches: Whistling Sands was beautiful. We went climbing on the rocks on Aberdaron beach and my daughter loved fishing in the rock pools.Elisabeth - 8th September 2017
Absolutely amazing. Aberdaron is a hidden gem with so many facilities. The bakery is wonderful and everyone is so friendly. Porth Dinllaen is worth the effort to visit but check pub opening times.Margaret from Bolton - 25th June 2017
Excellent property. Modern very well appointed. Great showers! Nice touches such as fresh flowers & homemade cake. Enjoyed watching house martins feeding from kitchen window. Would visit again.
Tips: Use online supermarket. 2 deliver to this area. Get to the bakery early as they sell out. Small Spar has limited choice.Sian from Shropshire - 20th May 2017
The property is a very high standard. It's beautifully clean and tastefully decorated. There were lovely personal touches. We enjoyed the lovely facilities like the wood burner in the evening and thought it was very well kept.
Tips: Take plenty of supplies on your visit! The nearest supermarket is quite a way away. They're all very friendly in the village so there is a selection of food at the spar and bakery, but unless you want to eat out all the time, take supplies!Clare from Sheffield - 23rd April 2017
The property was amazing, absolutely everything had been thought of by the owner. It was clean, well equipped, fantastic location.
Tips: Bring plenty of food with you! No supermarkets for 20 miles, which we really enjoyed not having!Emma from Otley - 15th April 2017
