Reviews

A beautiful cottage , well presented and equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect for exploring.

Mrs A,

We stayed for 7 nights at Easter. The cottage was beautiful and although the weather was a bit mixed we were happy to unwind in a lovely peaceful cottage. It was spotlessly clean and we will definitely be back. The family enjoyed games at night around the lovely kitchen table. The owners were so pleasant and came to see us to check if everything was okay. We would definitely recommend the cottage you won't be disappointed. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Mrs H,

Amazing cottage in a fantastic location. We all loved it. The owners were very helpful and we loved the chats with Mr Thomas and throwing the ball round for the dogs when they visited

Mrs Rachel C,

We enjoyed a family Christmas at the property and everything we needed was there in the well equipped and designed kitchen. The under floor heating gives the cottage a very cosy feel. We appreciated the Christmas decorations that had been put up. Our hosts were very quick to respond to any questions and were very helpful.

Mrs H,

We stayed here with only 2 adults and 2 fur babies. It was a last minute booking and we are so happy we ended up here. Originally I’d thought it was just too big for us, but it was perfect! If you are looking at this property book it! You won’t regret it. Even though it has a clean and modern design it still feels like a home. So many Holliday cottages feel sparse and soulless, not this house. We don’t have kids but we loved seeing the toys and games provided for those people who do travel with families. The kitchen is actually well stocked, appliances are high quality, and everything feels like it was designed with love. The upstairs even have some rooms with TV’s which would be perfect for any family as there is always someone who wants a bit of quiet time or space. The underfloor heating is amazing and our pets were obsessed. They had so much fun running around downstairs and watching the sheep out the window. Having the spacious entry room with a sink to clean off paws and remove shoes was so helpful and kept our rental looking beautiful our whole stay. This place would be perfect in both summer and winter. The log burning fireplace. Large tv, and GIGANTIC bath made the rainy days we had magical. However I’d like to come back in summer so we could eat all our meals outside on the picnic tables. We bbq’d even though it was a little chilly in fall and everything was so delicious cooked on the grill. The area is so easy to navigate and we had the best lobster I’ve ever eaten at the potted lobster in a nearby town (and pet friendly!). The beaches are close by and beautiful. Lots of castles, gardens, and stately homes are within driving distance as well. So many rentals have only double beds so we were so happy to find this main bed was huge. The showers and bathrooms were all very spacious and powerful with perfect water flow/temperature. All of the hosts recommendations were extremely helpful and made our vacation perfect. They were lovely and we are already talking about when we can go back. We stay in Holliday cottages often because we like to travel with our pets and out off everywhere in the UK we have been over the last 5 years this is by far our favorite. This place is a gem!

Ms L,

Wow just a dream. We had a great time and very spacious for our large family . The property has been designed to a high standard and worked well. The dog had a great time in the garden which was not fenced but he did not stray. Children loved it too. The working farm entertained the children as they watched the sheep being sorted and a walk to the cows each day. The weather was mixed but plenty outdoor seating if you wanted. Thank you for a stress free week.

Mrs J,

This is a lovely farmhouse that is of a high standard set in a nice rural location with several superb beaches within a few miles and plenty of walks along the Lynn peninsula also near by.

Mr T,

A beautiful house with great facilities. Spacious bedrooms, kitchen and living areas. Storage space if needed. Outside there is ample parking for 4 cars, football goal and picnic benches and bbq. The views are wonderful and very friendly sheep. We discovered the honesty shop a small walk away on the Aberdaron road (great for cakes, potatoes etc) also the pizza place 2 “doors” down was a great gem to find. Unfortunately we didn’t go until the last night… probably helped the waist line. Nearby there is Nefyn beach with the Ty coch inn. Definitely a hidden gem!!! We really enjoyed our stay and would consider returning. FYI also really thick walls if your baby cries and you’re worried about waking up your other house guests ;)

Mrs H,

The cottage/ farmhouse was amazing!! It exceeded our expectations. It was even better than the photos!! Everywhere was beautifully presented, every room was so clean and welcoming and we had everything we needed during our stay. There was a lovely welcome pack when we arrived, including Easter eggs for the Grandchildren. The location is perfect for most of the wonderful beaches on the Peninsula, especially Whistling Sands which is 5 minutes down the road. We all thoroughly enjoyed our week and would definitely love to return in the future. Fabulous place to have a family holiday!!!
