Reviews

Absolutely fabulous accommodation, location and host. Not a bad thing to say about it. This is our second visit to this property as we loved it the first time. We can’t get enough of the views of Snowdon and the surrounding area. Highly recommend.

Mrs J,

Perfect hosts, perfect barn, perfect holiday! There is nothing I can fault about staying here...apart from leaving! Menna was the perfect host and decorated the barn for my 40th. There is everything you need here. The hot tub was amazing too! Emyr was just so lovely and answered the millions of questions from our 2 daughters. All in all, the best place to spend my 40th!

Mr J,

What can I say except this place is a delight! The pictures online of the property and of the views do it no justice, it has to be seen in person. Upon arrival, we were met by the owner, who is lovely! She showed us how a few things worked and was very helpful. The property itself is beautiful, and I could not think of a single thing I didn't like! It sleeps at least 6, with two double en suite rooms and an en suite with 2 single beds. Fully functional and lovely open plan kitchen and living area. The balcony gives incredible views, absiktely sublime! There is a hot tub, bbq, table and chairs. The view though is something else! The hot tub overlooks the mountains and with a glass of champagne is perfect. Close to amenities, several villages and towns and is ideal for hiking then relaxing when back. I can honestly say this is one of the nicest places I've stayed anywhere in the world. Would highly, highly recommend.

Mr M,

Six friends spent a long weekend at this beautiful cottage. Very well equipped, comfortable and with spectacular views. We were welcomed by the owner and left a lovely welcome pack. The bathrooms had a supply of toiletries if you needed them. Beds were comfy and the property was lovely and warm. Would recommend for a relaxing break, walking or sight seeing. The hot tub was perfectly positioned to admire the views.

Mrs M,

This property was exceptional, fabulous location with amazing views of snowdonia, very well equipped, lovely helpful host. Would highly recommend.

Mrs F,

A beautiful place that suited us perfectly. A family holiday, the first with our baby granddaughter and the cottage was great. Plenty of living space, well equipped and a hot tub with fabulous views as promised. We had a lovely time relaxing and hanging out plus we found some glorious walks just beyond Llanwrst (baby carrier friendly) and managed a couple of wild swims in River Geirionydd. Thank you for looking after us so well!

Mrs S,

Beautiful cottage which is extremely well equipped with everything you will ever need for a weeks holiday. Lovely owners who are very helpful and the most stunning views. Perfectly situated for lots of walks, visiting the national parks and waterfalls - would definitely recommend

Mrs W,

Really enjoyed our stay. Scenery beautiful. Owners lovely, very friendly & helpful. Would enjoy staying again.

Mr B,

Best cottage we've stayed in. The rooms were all roomy and nicely fitted. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything you would need and the view from the balcony/hot tub was amazing (on days when the local weather isn't too overcast). One thing to note is the road from the cottage is quite tricky being tight and limited passing points, but we considered that a small price to be in such a remote, quiet and beautiful location. The owners were also lovely and helpful. They also showed us around their farm a bit so we could help feed the calves. Would definitely recommend and consider staying again.

Mr J,

Superb cottage in a wonderful location. Views from the hot tub across Snowdonia were incredible. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. Menna is a superb host

Mr S,

Nothing can prepare you for the view from the decking area, it is breathtaking! The converted barn is exceptionally well equipped, hosts were so friendly and I can’t recommend this highly enough.

Mrs M,

This is by far the best property we have stayed at. Friendly hosts, wonderful barn conversion, fantastic views over the Welsh mountains from all windows at the front of the barn. Extremely well equipped in all rooms. Everything has been well thought out. Would thoroughly recommend.

Mrs R,

Beudy’r Wennol is wonderful. The cottage is a lovely, tasteful barn conversion with stunning views over wooded valleys and the mountains. Our host was delightful. She made us feel really welcome and gave us some good hints about places to visit. She also did her best to help us pronounce some of the Welsh place names. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Mrs C,

An amazing barn conversion with perfect views, you don't get better than this. All facilities are high spec and cleanliness is as you would expect. I cannot rate high enough.

Mr O,

WOW what can I say, we had a fantastic stay. The barn house was absolutely perfect for our group of 5. We loved the views whilst relaxing in the hot tub, just what we needed. The owner was lovely and very helpful. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Miss S,

Lovely property in a fantastic location. Very comfortable and views from hot tub were stunning. My only complaint was the weather!!

Mr S,

We booked for a last minute weekend away and we couldn’t have chosen better. The cottage while off the beaten track was gorgeous and toasty warm. It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. We loved seeing the young cows, the glorious view and the hot tub on a freezing night. We visited Llandudno for the day which is about 20 miles away and then went to Zip World which is ten minutes in the car. Not the venue if you want a jumping night life. But a quiet place to switch off with clean air and the odd sheep; perfect.

Ms E,

We had a lovely time staying at the cottage - it had everything we needed and the views were incredible!! Thanks very much for having us!
