Description

This apartment is located along The Croft overlooking historic Tenby's beautiful North beach and out towards the iconic harbour. The large, golden sand beach is hot with visitors and locals, and a stroll along it will bring you out to the harbour. The town centre and high street can be reached in under 200m where you will find an excellent selection of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Keen walkers will love the 4.2 mile stretch along the Pembrokeshire coast between Tenby and Saundersfoot with beautiful sights along the way. For family days out, head to nearby Heatherton World of Activities or Manor Wildlife Park (3 miles) - perfect for children of all ages.

As you enter the ground floor apartment you are welcomed into an entrance hallway with space for hanging your coats and shoes, which leads through to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This generous living space has two three-seater sofas plus an additional armchair, a wall-mounted TV, and a dining table for four. You have sea views from the patio doors looking out over your garden space and towards the beach. The kitchen sits adjacent to the dining room and has a breakfast bar for meals on the go or a morning coffee, note the cutlery drawer is a pull out within main draw.. Head down the hallway and you will find your two en suite bedrooms. The master suite has a king-size bed with an en suite shower room. There's ample storage and a DAB radio is provided. The second bedroom is a twin room with an en suite bathroom. Completing this ground floor apartment is a convenient WC just off the entrance porchway with additional storage for shoes and beach equipment.

To the front of the apartment is a small patio garden with outdoor dining furniture - ideal for enjoying a cold drink, whilst watching the world go by and taking in the magnificent sea views. Please note, the lawn area to the front of the patio is a communal space but there is only one additional apartment with access.

Lovely comfy apartment, lots of cooking utensils etc. It is very useful to have a washing machine too. Great location and view, we will be back The owner was very helpful as we had a couple of minor issues.

A lovely apartment, really well equipped with everything from a washing machine to buckets and spades. The location is perfect, with steps to the beach just across the road and 5 minutes walk to shops and restaurants (I recommend the Normandie restaurant). Having a parking space next to the property was great. We enjoyed a visit to Folly Farm and a boat trip from Tenby harbour (10 minutes walk away), as well as time on the beach. I contacted the owners twice during the week to report a problem with the shutters and to confess to a breakage and each time found them very pleasant and helpful.

We had a fantastic week in Court House 3. The location was perfect. The parking next door was great. We just parked up and barely drove as there was no need. The location was great with everything you could possibly need on your door step. Beautiful views and the patio area was lovely for enjoying a morning coffee or evening glass of wine listening to the sea. The apartment was extremely clean, comfy, modern and well equipped. We were blessed with amazing weather every day so that was amazing. The beach was clean, crystal clear water and soft sand. Easy access to beach although steep steps if you take the steps - there is a slope access too. We enjoyed the local fishmonger (crab, prawns and lobster rolls), Joes pizza was great and Tenby fish and chips was very nice indeed. We saw a dolphin on a fishing boat trip and also enjoyed the beautiful Caldey Island and had a fun day at Folly Farm animal park. Lots of jelly fish to spot and even watched the Tenby lifeboat launched for a rescue. Really was a fabulous holiday and will be keeping this cottage on my list for future holidays.

Loved our week at this apartment. Well furnished and equipped. Bed very comfortable. The location was perfect for us, literally over the road from steps access down to the beach. The lawned front garden was a real bonus as was the parking. The weather was mixed, but it didn’t bother us as the flat was so comfortable. Would happily stay again.

The apartment was probably the best one I have ever stayed at being we!l designed with the bedrooms, ensuites and living/dining/kitchen well proportioned. The outdoor space accessed directly from the living room, overlooked the harbour and received the early morning and mid day sun. When the sun was shining it was ideal for having breakfast and lunch outside.
