Reviews

Nice cottage.

Mr D,

Wonderful holiday for us Property was spotless, the view was amazing, the sauna really enjoyable. The owners have got it right, friendly and there if you need them. We are definitely going back.

Mr P,

Owners very kind and welcoming.

Mrs C,

Really enjoyed our stay, the views from the cottage over to the sea were stunning. It’s a family run business, the owners were delightful and very helpful. Lovely short walk down to a family friendly pub. We would happily stay here again.

Mr C,

The cottage is beautiful

Mrs B,

There are three steps up from the kitchen area to the lounge/diner. other than that the property is flat. And easy accessible. Great shower in the wet room. Easy access to Aberystwyth to the North and Aberaeron to the South. Although the property is on a working farm, There is no noise or disruption from the farm. Owners greeting on arrival and are on site should any problems arise.

Mr L,

Lovely hosts, great seaview and very friendly dogs. This would be a great place for walkers or those who want a little peace. The sauna was wonderful.

Miss N,

Fabulous cottage with amazing views, everything you need for a relaxing stay. The family were lovely and their dogs loved their cuddles.

Mrs M,

Lovely cottage in a lovely spot. Made to feel very welcome by the owners and their dogs

Mrs H,

Map

Set on a working farm, the cottage is semi-detached (adjoining 1 other Holiday Cottage) and is located above the village of Llanon near Aberaeron. Llanon is only a quarter of a mile away and has its own shingle beach and includes a pub, local shop and a takeaway.

Aberaeron with its harbour and great architecture is a great place to visit and includes several popular restaurants and local pubs. During the peak season, boat trips can be booked and also fresh fish can be purchased on the quayside.  There are a number of independent shops in Aberaeron, from small supermarkets and grocery stores, to chic home interior shops such as Seld with beautiful Welsh products.

The university town of Aberystwyth is only 11 miles away. With the National Library, beaches, pier, local shops, supermarkets and plenty of places to eat and drink it is certainly worth a visit. Wildlife, fishing and also dolphin watching boat trips can be booked at New Quay, only 12 miles away. This is one of the best areas of the UK for seeing dolphins in the wild, and adults and children alike will be amazed by these magnificent mammals.
